JCFD - Computational Fluid Dynamics

Numerical methods and CFD for engineers and researchers

About JCFD

JCFD is an independent technical project dedicated to Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), created to help a broader engineering and scientific audience understand what CFD is, how it works, and why it matters.

The project is intended not only for CFD specialists, but also for engineers, researchers, and advanced students from other fields who want to gain a clear and structured understanding of CFD, beyond treating it as a black-box software tool.

The goal of JCFD is to serve as an open, educational reference where theory, computation, and engineering practice converge, lowering the entry barrier to CFD and encouraging its informed and responsible use across different disciplines.
